Can I purchase additional digital images?

Yes! You will have the option to purchase extra images, $10/image or the entire gallery for an additional $80.

What if I have to cancel or reschedule my session?

Please note that your mini session fee is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled to another date or time. If you are unable to attend your mini session, you are welcomed to gift it or re-sell it to a friend/family member.

How do I make my payment?

Anyone who wishes to book a mini session must pay the non-refundable fee to secure the session time slot.

Payment can be sent by e-transfer to (auto-deposit, no password required).

When will I recieve my photos?

You will receive a proofing gallery within 15 business days of your session date to select your favourite digital images! It will be delivered via online gallery to share with family and friends.

Can I order prints and greeting cards?

Yes! You will be given personal printing rights to print your images. I offer professional lab printing of images a la carte through your online gallery. Prints are fulfilled by GTA Imaging and delivered directly to your address.

What is a model release?

I respect your privacy. All clients will be given the option to have their photos shared publicly by Holly Rose Images on social media and/or the website.

What safety measures will be taken?

I will be wearing a mask at all times.

If sessions cannot be held on the scheduled day due to Covid-19 restrictions, you will receive a full refund or keep the payment towards a future mini session, for when it's safe to photograph again.

What should I wear?

You will receive a photo guide prior to the photo session. Please avoid words/graphics and neon colors. Bright pink/orange/green are very difficult to work with as they cast colors on the skin.

How many people can attend?

Up to 6 people can attend your mini session. For an extended family session, kindly book back-to-back sessions.

Do I require proof of vaccination?

Yes. As per MDRN Studio's policy, proof of double vaccination is required for adults and children over the age of 12.

Where will the session take place?

Your mini session will take place at MDRN Studio in Kanata. Located at 65 Denzil Doyle Court, Unit 210. It's a 1000 square foot studio space with pure white walls, natural sunlight and 12 feet high ceilings. Includes on site parking, a bathroom and a change room. Please note: the space is on the second floor and is not wheelchair accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
